3 simple steps to fresh breath

You already have the bottle. Two minutes here makes sure you actually feel the difference.

Step 1 · Measure
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons, about one capful.
Step 2 · Swish
Swish for 30 to 60 seconds, then spit. No water after.
Step 3 · Repeat
Use it once or twice a day. Morning, night, or both.

Pairing with toothpaste? If you use a hydroxyapatite or fluoride toothpaste, rinse with Riven first, then brush. If your toothpaste is fluoride-free, brush first, then rinse with Riven and skip the water afterward.

the honest timeline

what to expect, week by week

Week 1
Fresher breath

Fresher Breath

Within the first few nights, surface bacterial populations start to shift. Volatile sulfur compounds, the primary driver of bad breath, begin to decrease. By morning, breath quality is noticeably different.

·····
Week 2-3
Healthier gums

Healthier Gums

Protective strains begin establishing dominance in the oral microbiome. Inflammation at the gumline reduces. Bleeding during brushing becomes noticeably less frequent.

·····
Week 4
A stable microbiome

A Stable Microbiome

The probiotic colony is now self-sustaining. Good bacteria have crowded out the odor producing strains. The cycle that kept bringing bad breath back is broken.

Most people who quit do it around day 20, right before it kicks in. Consistency is the whole game.

a note from

the dentist who made it

I'm Dr. Fatima Khan, and I'm a practicing dentist. I made Riven because I was tired of watching patients do everything right and still struggle. The mouthwash most of them trusted was part of the problem.

You're using it now, which puts you ahead of where most people start. Once you sign up, you'll hear from me directly, not just the brand.
