Do I rinse before or after brushing and flossing?
If you're using a fluoride or hydroxyapatite toothpaste, you want to rinse first to allow the fluoride to coat your teeth. If you prefer using a fluoride-free paste, use the Riven Rinse after, and do not rinse with water after use.
