How do I use Riven Rinse?
Riven Rinse is a concentrated probiotic mouthwash. Use about a teaspoon or two (once or twice a day) and and swish for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Treat the Riven Rinse like you would any other mouthwash. You'll start seeing benefits of a healthier oral ecosystem with continued, long-term use.
Do I rinse before or after brushing and flossing?
If you're using a fluoride or hydroxyapatite toothpaste, you want to rinse first to allow the fluoride to coat your teeth. If you prefer using a fluoride-free paste, use the Riven Rinse after, and do not rinse with water after use.
Can I use it if I have sensitive teeth or dental work?
Yes, Riven Rinse is safe for sensitive teeth and compatible with braces, Invisalign, and other dental work. Its gentle formula is designed to protect and nourish without causing irritation or harm.
What is the shelf life and expiration date?
We produce the Riven Rinse in small batches to ensure maximum potency and effectiveness. We recommend using the Riven Rinse within 6 months of opening. You can find the expiration date above the barcode.
How long can I use it for?
Ideally, you should be using the Riven Rinse daily to keep your oral microbiome strong and healthy, but people with an especially damaged microbiome, we recommend two months minimum. We won't be mad if you use it forever though, it's safe for long term use!
